Who we are
The Hybrid Group Consulting ("THG", "we", "us") is operated by Jay Clark trading as The Hybrid Group Consulting, ABN 96 683 020 984, based in Queensland, Australia. This policy covers our website (thehybridgroup.co) and the THG Command Centre platform (command.thehybridgroup.co), including client workspaces and client portals.
What we collect
Depending on how you work with us, we may collect: contact details (name, email, phone), business information you share with us during consulting (goals, plans, performance figures, staff and member counts), information submitted through forms on this site, and content you or your team add to your Command Centre workspace (tasks, notes, documents, messages).
How we use it
We use this information to deliver consulting and platform services: preparing plans and recommendations, running your workspace, tracking agreed actions, producing reports, and communicating with you. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your business data to advertise to third parties.
Client workspace data and isolation
Each client workspace in the Command Centre is isolated. Your data is only visible to your own logins and to THG as your consultant. It is never shared with, or visible to, any other client.
Connected services
You can choose to connect third-party services (for example your member management system or payment provider) to your workspace. Credentials you provide for those connections are stored encrypted, used only to operate the features you connected them for, and can be disconnected by you at any time from your portal.
Google user data
Where you connect a Google service (such as Google Business Profile or Gmail) to your workspace, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide the features you connected the service for (such as review monitoring or sending your own follow-up emails); we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, or as required by law; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security or to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated for internal operations. Google user data is never used to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable hosting providers, transmitted over HTTPS, and protected by access controls, encrypted credentials and off-site backups. Public share links, where you choose to create them, use unguessable tokens and can be revoked at any time.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us at any time to export or delete your workspace data, revoke connected services, or remove logins. When a client relationship ends, workspace access is removed and data is exported or deleted per your instructions.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly. Australian users have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
